We offer lease co-sign, standard housing bundle, rental lease takeover, and eviction & collection removal services.
No. Our service fee is separate from any fees required by the apartment, landlord, property management company, or utility providers.
We accept half of the total service amount as a non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due before service begins — we do not start work until the full amount is paid.
We have a 98% success rate — denials are very rare. To qualify, 3 denials must occur. A non-refundable processing fee of 20% applies to all refunds.
